Shreya Ghoshal: ગૌહાટીના ACA બરસાપારા સ્ટેડિયમમાં મહિલા વર્લ્ડ કપની ભવ્ય શરૂઆત થઈ, જેમાં બોલીવૂડ સિંગર શ્રેયા ઘોષાલ એ આસામના લોકપ્રિય અને દિવંગત ગાયક ઝુબિન ગર્ગ ને સંગીતમય શ્રદ્ધાંજલિ આપી. ભારત-શ્રીલંકા મેચના બ્રેક દરમિયાન શ્રેયાએ 13 મિનિટ સુધી ઝુબિનના હિટ ગીતો ગાયા અને સ્ટેડિયમમાં બેઠેલા 25,000થી વધુ દર્શકોને ભાવુક કરી દીધા.

‘માયાબિની રાતિર બુકૂટ’થી સમાપ્ત થયો કાર્યક્રમ
શ્રેયાએ ઝુબિન ગર્ગનું લોકપ્રિય ગીત ‘માયાબિની રાતિર બુકૂટ’ ગાયું, જે ઝુબિન દાની ઈચ્છા મુજબ તેમના અવસાન પછી ફેન્સ દ્વારા ગવાયું. સ્ટેડિયમ ‘જય ઝુબિન દા’ના નારાઓથી ગુંજી ઉઠ્યું. ફેન્સે બેનર્સ લહેરાવ્યા અને આંખોમાં આંસુ સાથે શ્રદ્ધાંજલિ આપી.અસમ ક્રિકેટ એસોસિએશને ઓપનિંગ સેરેમનીને ઝુબિન ગર્ગને સમર્પિત રાખી. BCCI સચિવ દેવજીત સૈકિયાએ જણાવ્યું કે, “આ મેચ દુઃખ અને ઉત્સવ વચ્ચેનું સંયોજન છે – ઝુબિન દા માટે શોક અને દુર્ગા પૂજાનો ઉત્સવ.” ફેન્સ માટે 10,000 મફત પાસ અને 5,000 ખાસ ટિકિટ ફાળવવામાં આવી હતી.

એક 23 વર્ષીય હોટેલ મેનેજમેન્ટ વિદ્યાર્થીએ કહ્યું, “ઝુબિન દા અમારા હંમેશા માટે આઈકન રહેશે. ભલે ભુપેન હઝારિકાને ન જોયા હોય, પણ ઝુબિન દા અમારા જેવા જ હતા.” શ્રેયાના અવાજમાં તેમના ગીતો સાંભળીને સ્ટેડિયમમાં બેઠેલા અનેક લોકો ભાવુક થઈ ગયા.
