આજે વહેલી સવારે અફઘાનિસ્તાનના હિન્દુકુશ ક્ષેત્રમાં 5.6 ની તીવ્રતાનો ભૂકંપ આવ્યો છે.

આ ભૂકંપના આંચકામાં રાષ્ટ્રીય રાજધાની દિલ્હી અને રાષ્ટ્રીય રાજધાની ક્ષેત્ર (NCR) સહિત ઉત્તર ભારતના ઘણા ભાગોમાં પણ અનુભવાયા છે.

યુરોપિયન-મેડિટેરેનિયન સિસ્મોલોજિકલ સેન્ટર (EMSC) અનુસાર, ભૂકંપની ઊંડાઈ 121 કિલોમીટર હતી અને તેનું કેન્દ્ર બગલાન શહેરથી 164 કિલોમીટર પૂર્વમાં હતું.

આ ભૂકંપને કારણે અફઘાનિસ્તાન કે ભારતમાં કોઈ જાનમાલના નુકસાનના અહેવાલ નથી.
