- જાપાન ફરી એકવાર ભૂકંપ ( Earthquake ) નો શિકાર બન્યું છે.
- મીડિયા રિપોર્ટ મુજબ દક્ષિણ જાપાનના ક્યુશી વિસ્તારમાં આજે 7.1ની તીવ્રતાનો જોરદાર ભૂકંપ આવ્યો હતો.
- પ્રારંભિક અહેવાલો અનુસાર, ભૂકંપનું કેન્દ્ર નિચિનાનથી 20 કિમી ઉત્તર-પૂર્વમાં 25 કિમીની ઊંડાઈએ હતું.
- જોકે હવે ભૂકંપ બાદ અધિકારીઓએ સુનામીની ચેતવણી ( Tsunami warning ) જારી કરી છે.
- ભૂકંપના આંચકા એટલા જોરદાર હતા કે શોપિંગ મોલનો સામાન, ખુરશીઓ, પંખા અને ટેબલ બેગની જેમ ધ્રૂજવા લાગ્યા. સુનામીની ચેતવણી બાદ સમગ્ર જાપાનમાં ભયનું વાતાવરણ સર્જાયું છે.
