આજે મ્યાનમાર અને થાઈલેન્ડની રાજધાની બેંગકોકમાં ભૂકંપના જોરદાર આંચકા અનુભવાયા હતા.

હવામાન વિભાગના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર, ભૂકંપની તીવ્રતા રિક્ટર સ્કેલ પર 7.7 માપવામાં આવી હતી, જે ખૂબ જ ઘાતક હતી.

આ ભૂકંપ પછી, થાઇલેન્ડના ઘણા શહેરોમાં ઇમારતો ધ્રુજી ઉઠી અને રસ્તાઓ પર તિરાડો દેખાઈ હોવાના અહેવાલો આવ્યા છે.

બંને દેશોમાં અત્યાર સુધી ભૂકંપમાં 100 લોકો મર્યા હોવાના સમાચાર છે.
