બ્રિટનના લિવરપૂલ શહેરમાં એક શખસે પોતાની કાર જશ્ન મનાવી રહેલા ફૂટબોલ ફેન્સ પર ચડાવી દીધી.

પ્રીમિયર લીગમાં લિવરપૂલ ફૂટબોલ ક્લબની જીત બાદ વિક્ટરી પરેડનું આયોજન કરાયું હતું. જેમાં હજારોની સંખ્યામાં લોકો સામેલ થયા હતા.

ભીડની અંદર કાર ઘૂસી આવતા 27 લોકો ઈજાગ્રસ્ત થયા છે.

પોલીસે જણાવ્યું છે કે ડ્રાઈવરની ધરપકડ કરી લેવામાં આવી છે. પોલીસ દ્વારા વધુ તપાસ હાથ ધરવામાં આવી છે.

નોંધનીય છે કે છેલ્લે વર્ષ 2020માં લિવરપૂલની ટીમે ટ્રોફી જીતી હતી. જોકે તે સમયે કોરોના મહામારી ફેલાઈ હોવાથી લોકો જશ્નમાં સામેલ થઈ શક્યા નહોતા. એવામાં આ વર્ષે ફરી જીત મળ્યા બાદ ચાહકોનો જુસ્સો સાતમા આસમાને પહોંચ્યો હતો.
