રાજસ્થાન હાઈકોર્ટે એક વિદ્યાર્થીની જાતીય સતામણીના કેસમાં આજીવન કેદની સજા ભોગવી રહેલા આસારામ બાપુને સારવાર માટે મુંબઈ જવાની મંજૂરી આપી છે.

કોર્ટે સારવાર માટે 7 દિવસની વચગાળાની પેરોલ મંજૂર કરી છે. પોલીસ કસ્ટડીમાં સારવાર માટે મહારાષ્ટ્ર જશે.

જણાવવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે કે રાજસ્થાન હાઈકોર્ટના ન્યાયાધીશ જસ્ટિસ પુષ્પેન્દ્ર સિંહ ભાટીની ડિવિઝન બેંચે તેમની વચગાળાની પેરોલને મંજૂરી આપતાં આ નિર્ણય આપ્યો છે.

આસારામ માટે આ પહેલીવાર હશે જ્યારે તે પેરોલ પર જેલમાંથી બહાર આવશે.
