ઉત્તર પ્રદેશના પીલીભીતમાં પોલીસ એન્કાઉન્ટરમાં ત્રણ ખાલિસ્તાની આતંકવાદીઓ માર્યા ગયા છે.

પંજાબ અને યુપી પોલીસે સંયુક્ત ઓપરેશન હેઠળ આ ઓપરેશન હાથ ધર્યું છે.

ત્રણેય આતંકીઓ ખાલિસ્તાની કમાન્ડો ફોર્સના સભ્યો હોવાનું કહેવાય છે.

તેમની પાસેથી બે એકે-47 બંદૂક અને બે ગ્લોક પિસ્તોલ ઉપરાંત મોટી માત્રામાં કારતુસ મળી આવ્યા છે.

ત્રણેય પર થોડા સમય પહેલા પંજાબના ગુરદાસપુર પોલીસ ચોકી પર થયેલા ગ્રેનેડ હુમલામાં સામેલ હોવાનો આરોપ હતો.
