કોલકાતાની આરજી કાર મેડિકલ કોલેજમાં 31 વર્ષીય ડોક્ટર સાથે બળાત્કાર અને હત્યાના કેસમાં કોલકાતા હાઈકોર્ટ કડક આદેશ આપ્યા છે.

કોલકાતાના ચકચારી લેડી ડોક્ટરના રેપ અને મર્ડર કેસની તપાસ સીબીઆઈને સોંપાઈ છે.

સાથે જ કોલકાતા હાઈકોર્ટે પોલીસને મહિલા ડોક્ટરની હત્યા કેસ સાથે સંબંધિત તમામ દસ્તાવેજો બુધવારે સવારે 10 વાગ્યા સુધીમાં CBIને સોંપવાનો નિર્દેશ આપ્યો છે.

આ ઉપરાંત હાઈકોર્ટે આ ઘટનાને અત્યંત જધન્ય ગણાવી છે.
