Amit Shah Delhi Police: કેન્દ્રીય ગૃહમંત્રી અને સહકારિતા મંત્રી અમિત શાહે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીના નેતૃત્વમાં સરકાર આપણા યુવાનોને ડ્રગ્સના ત્રાસથી બચાવીને ડ્રગ મુક્ત ભારતનું નિર્માણ કરવા માટે કટિબદ્ધ છે.

એક્સ પ્લેટફોર્મ પર એક પોસ્ટમાં શ્રી અમિત શાહે ( Amit Shah ) જણાવ્યું હતું કે, નશીલા દ્રવ્યો અને નાર્કોના વેપાર સામેનો શિકાર કોઈ પણ પ્રકારની શિથિલતા વિના ચાલુ રહેશે. શ્રી શાહે રૂ. 13,000 કરોડનાં મૂલ્યનાં નશીલા દ્રવ્યો જપ્ત કરવાનાં શ્રેણીબદ્ધ સફળ ઑપરેશનો માટે દિલ્હી પોલીસને અભિનંદન આપ્યાં હતાં, જેમાં તાજેતરમાં ગુજરાત પોલીસે રૂ. 5,000 કરોડનું કોકેઇન ( Drugs Seized ) મેળવ્યું હતું.
ડ્રગ્સના વેપાર પર તાજેતરમાં કડક કાર્યવાહીમાં, દિલ્હી પોલીસ ( Delhi Police ) અને ગુજરાત પોલીસના સ્પેશિયલ સેલે, 13 ઓક્ટોબર 2024 ના રોજ, ગુજરાતના અંકલેશ્વર સ્થિત એક કંપનીમાં સર્ચ ઓપરેશન દરમિયાન 518 કિલોગ્રામ કોકેન મળી આવ્યું હતું. આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય બજારમાં જપ્ત કરવામાં આવેલા કોકેઇનની કિંમત આશરે 5,000 કરોડ રૂપિયા છે.

આ પહેલા 01 ઓક્ટોબર, 2024ના રોજ, દિલ્હી પોલીસના સ્પેશિયલ સેલે મહિપાલપુરમાં એક વેરહાઉસમાં દરોડા પાડ્યા હતા અને 562 કિલોગ્રામ કોકેઇન અને 40 કિલોગ્રામ હાઇડ્રોપોનિક ગાંજાનો જથ્થો જપ્ત કર્યો હતો. તપાસ દરમિયાન, 10 ઓક્ટોબર 2024ના રોજ, દિલ્હીના રમેશ નગરની એક દુકાનમાંથી લગભગ 208 કિલોગ્રામ વધારાનું કોકેઇન મળી આવ્યું હતું. તપાસ દરમિયાન જાણવા મળ્યું કે, મળી આવેલી દવા ગુજરાતના ( Gujarat Police ) અંકલેશ્વર સ્થિત એક કંપનીની છે.

આ કેસમાં અત્યાર સુધીમાં ( Ankleshwar ) કુલ 1,289 કિલોગ્રામ કોકેઇન અને 40 કિલોગ્રામ હાઇડ્રોપોનિક થાઇલેન્ડ ગાંજો મળી આવ્યો છે, જેની આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય બજારમાં કિંમત 13,000 કરોડ રૂપિયા છે.
