ધર્મેન્દ્ર ને દિલ્હીની પટિયાલા હાઉસ કોર્ટે મોકલ્યું સમન્સ
ફરિયાદમાં અરજદારે આક્ષેપ કર્યો છે કે, ગરમ ધરમ ધાબાની ફ્રેન્ચાઈઝીમાં રોકાણ કરવાની લાલચ આપીને તેની સાથે છેતરપિંડી કરવામાં આવી છે.અરજીકર્તા સુશીલ કુમારે આરોપ લગાવ્યો હતો કે તેમને ફ્રેન્ચાઈઝીમાં રોકાણ કરવાની લાલચ આપવામાં આવી હતી. કોર્ટે કહ્યું કે આરોપીઓએ ફરિયાદીને લાંચ આપી હતી. કલમ 420, 120બી કલમ 34 આઈપીસી હેઠળ ગુનો કરવા બદલ આરોપી વ્યક્તિઓને સીરીયલ નંબર 1 (ધર્મેન્દ્ર), 2 અને 3 માટે સમન્સ મોકલવામાં આવશે. કલમ 506 હેઠળ ગુનાહિત ધાકધમકીનાં ગુના માટે આરોપીઓને સીરીયલ નંબર 2 અને 3 પણ બોલાવવામાં આવી શકે છે.
