લખનઉની એક કોર્ટે કોંગ્રેસ નેતા રાહુલ ગાંધી પર 200 રૂપિયાનો દંડ ફટકાર્યો છે.

સુનાવણીમાં સતત ગેરહાજરી બદલ એડિશનલ ચીફ જ્યુડિશિયલ મેજિસ્ટ્રેટ (ACJM) કોર્ટે દંડ ફટકાર્યો છે.

સાથે ચેતવણી આપવામાં આવી છે કે તેઓ 14 એપ્રિલ 2025ના રોજ કોર્ટમાં હાજર થાય, જો તેઓ આ તારીખે પણ હાજર નહીં થાય તો કડક કાર્યવાહી થઈ શકે છે.

મહત્વનું છે કે મહારાષ્ટ્રમાં સ્વતંત્રતા સેનાની વીર સાવરકર પર આપેલા વિવાદાસ્પદ નિવેદનનો કેસ લખનૌ દાખલ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. ફરિયાદીએ કહ્યું હતું કે રાહુલ ગાંધીનું નિવેદન સમાજમાં નફરત ફેલાવી રહ્યું છે.
