Chhaava online leaked: છાવા બોક્સ ઓફિસ પર ધૂમ મચાવી રહી છે. આ ફિલ્મે કમાણી ના મામલે બધા ના રેકોર્ડ તોડી નાખ્યા છે. તેવામાં ફિલ્મ ના મેકર્સ ને ઝટકો લાગ્યો છે. વિકી કૌશલ અને રશ્મિકા ની ફિલ્મ ઘણા બધા ડિજિટલ લિંક પર લીક થઇ ગઈ છે. જેને લઈને મુંબઈ પોલીસે એફઆઈઆર નોંધી છે.

છાવા થઇ લીક
એક મીડિયા હાઉસ એ સૂત્ર ને ટાંકી ને જણાવ્યું કે, “ફરિયાદીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે સમગ્ર ભારતમાં રિલીઝ થયેલી ફિલ્મ ‘છાવા’નું પાઇરેટેડ વર્ઝન ગેરકાયદેસર રીતે 1,818 ઇન્ટરનેટ લિંક્સ પર વિતરિત કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. આનાથી કોપીરાઈટ કાયદાનો ભંગ થયો. આનાથી થિયેટર વિતરણ પર અસર પડી.” દક્ષિણ સાયબર પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં ભારતીય ન્યાય સંહિતા (BNS) ની કલમ 316 (2) અને 308 (3), કોપીરાઈટ કાયદાની કલમ 51, 63 અને 65A, સિનેમેટોગ્રાફ કાયદા, 1952 (સુધારા 2023) ની કલમ 6AA અને માહિતી ટેકનોલોજી કાયદાની કલમ 43 અને 66 હેઠળ CR નંબર 23/2025 હેઠળ કેસ નોંધવામાં આવ્યો હતો. આ મામલે વધુ તપાસ ચાલુ છે.
