શિલ્પાની પોસ્ટ પર બોલિવૂડ અભિનેત્રી સોનાક્ષી સિન્હા એ કમેન્ટ કરી લખ્યું, “હે ભગવાન!!! પોતાનું ધ્યાન રાખો શિલ્પા… જલદી તંદુરસ્ત થાઓ.” શિલ્પાએ જવાબમાં લખ્યું, “થેંક્યુ સોનાક્ષી. તમે પણ તમારું ધ્યાન રાખો.”
