Starlink Bangladesh : જ્યારે ભારત (India) અને પાકિસ્તાન (Pakistan) સ્ટારલિંક (Starlink) ઇન્ટરનેટ સર્વિસ માટે મંજૂરી અને દસ્તાવેજી પ્રક્રિયામાં અટવાયેલા છે, ત્યારે બાંગ્લાદેશ (Bangladesh) દક્ષિણ એશિયામાં પહેલો દેશ બની ગયો છે જેણે એલન મસ્ક (Elon Musk) ની કંપની SpaceX સાથે ભાગીદારી કરીને સેટેલાઇટ ઇન્ટરનેટ સેવા શરૂ કરી છે

બાંગ્લાદેશની તાત્કાલિક સરકારના મુખ્ય સલાહકાર મુહમ્મદ યુનૂસ (Muhammad Yunus) એ ફેબ્રુઆરીમાં એલન મસ્કને આમંત્રણ આપ્યું હતું કે તેઓ 90 દિવસમાં સ્ટારલિંક સેવા શરૂ કરે. હવે તે વચન પૂર્ણ થયું છે. સ્ટારલિંક હવે બાંગ્લાદેશમાં ઉપલબ્ધ છે અને ગ્રાહકો 300 Mbps સુધીની સ્પીડ સાથે અનલિમિટેડ ડેટા ઉપયોગ કરી શકે છે

 Starlink Bangladesh : કિંમત અને પેકેજ: સ્ટારલિંક માટે કેટલું ચૂકવવું પડશે? 

સ્ટારલિંક બે પેકેજ સાથે લોન્ચ થયું છે:

• Residence Lite: 4,200 ટકા (₹2,990) પ્રતિ મહિનો
• Residence: 6,000 ટકા (₹4,300) પ્રતિ મહિનો
• ડિવાઇસ કીટ: એક વખત 47,000 ટકા (₹33,000) નો ખર્ચ

આ સેવા ખાસ કરીને દૂરના વિસ્તારોમાં રહેતા લોકો માટે લાભદાયી સાબિત થશે, જ્યાં ફાઇબર અથવા મોબાઇલ નેટવર્ક ઉપલબ્ધ નથી

મુહમ્મદ યુનૂસે સ્પષ્ટ સંદેશ આપ્યો છે કે ઇન્ટરનેટ હવે કોઈ રાજકીય હથિયાર નહીં, પણ દરેક નાગરિકનો અધિકાર છે. અગાઉની સરકાર દરમિયાન વિરોધ દરમિયાન ઇન્ટરનેટ બંધ કરવામાં આવતું હતું. નવી સરકારએ વચન આપ્યું છે કે આવું ફરી નહીં થાય. સ્ટારલિંક જેવી ટેકનોલોજીથી હવે દેશના દરેક ખૂણે કનેક્ટિવિટી મળશે.
