ભારતના ખેલાડી નિરજ ચોપડા એ ભારત માટે ઇતિહાસ સર્જી દીધો છે.

નિરજ ચોપડા ૮૭.૫૮ મીટર જેટલો દૂર ભાલો ફેંકીને ભારતની ઐતિહાસિક જીત અપાવી.

એથ્લેટીકમાં ભારતને અને તેમાં પણ ભાલા ફેંકમાં ભારતને પહેલીવાર ગોલ્ડ મળ્યું છે.

ભારત ના બજરંગ પુનિયાએ ઓલિમ્પિકમાં કમાલ કર્યો. બ્રોન્ઝ મેડલ જીત્યો
