Mumbai BEST Bus Fire :ગુરુવારે મોડી રાત્રે દક્ષિણ મુંબઈના ચર્ચગેટ સ્ટેશન પાસે એક ઇલેક્ટ્રિક બેસ્ટ બસમાં આગ લાગી ફાટી નીકળી હતી. જોકે, સદનસીબે આ ઘટનામાં કોઈ જાનહાનિ થઈ હોવાના અહેવાલ નથી.

એક અધિકારીએ જણાવ્યું કે, આ ઘટના ચર્ચગેટ સ્ટેશનના પ્લેટફોર્મ નંબર 4 ની બહાર મહર્ષિ કર્વે રોડ પર રાત્રે 9.50 વાગ્યે બની હતી. માહિતી મળતાં જ ચાર ફાયર એન્જિન અને અન્ય ફાયર વાહનો તૈનાત કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા. થોડા સમયમાં આગ પર કાબુ મેળવ્યો હતો. આ ઘટનાથી વિસ્તારમાં થોડા સમય માટે તંગદિલીભર્યું વાતાવરણ સર્જાયું હતું.

ચર્ચગેટ સ્ટેશન પર પ્લેટફોર્મ નંબર 4 ની બહાર આગ લાગવાથી સાવચેતીના પગલા તરીકે ફાસ્ટ લોકલ ટ્રેનોને પ્લેટફોર્મ નંબર 2 પર ડાયવર્ટ કરવામાં આવી હતી. જેના કારણે મુસાફરોને અગવડતા પડી. જોકે, બસમાં આગ કયા કારણોસર લાગી તે અંગે હજુ સુધી કોઈ માહિતી મળી નથી.
