એક્સાઇઝ પોલિસીમાં કથિત કૌભાંડ સંબંધિત સીબીઆઈ કેસમાં તેમની સામે કાર્યવાહી કરવાની મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવી છે. સીબીઆઈએ આ માહિતી આપી છે.

તપાસ એજન્સીએ શુક્રવારે રાઉસ એવન્યુ કોર્ટને જણાવ્યું હતું કે તેને એક્સાઇઝ કૌભાંડ સંબંધિત કેસમાં મુખ્યમંત્રી અરવિંદ કેજરીવાલ સામે કેસ ચલાવવાની મંજૂરી મળી ગઈ છે.

સીબીઆઈએ એક્સાઈઝ કેસમાં 26 જૂને અરવિંદ કેજરીવાલની ધરપકડ કરી હતી. હાલમાં તે 27મી ઓગસ્ટ સુધી ન્યાયિક કસ્ટડીમાં છે.
