ISRO EOS 08 launch :

ઇન્ડિયન સ્પેસ રિસર્ચ ઓર્ગેનાઇઝેશન ( ISRO ) એ આજે સવારે 9:17 વાગ્યે સતીશ ધવન સ્પેસ સેન્ટર, શ્રીહરિકોટાથી SSLV-D3 રોકેટ લોન્ચ કર્યું.

આ મિશન હેઠળ દેશનો નવો અર્થ ઓબ્ઝર્વેશન સેટેલાઇટ EOS-8 અને એક નાનો સેટેલાઇટ SR-0 DEMOSAT લોન્ચ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો.

બંને ઉપગ્રહોને પૃથ્વીથી 475 કિલોમીટરની ઉંચાઈ પર ગોળાકાર ભ્રમણકક્ષામાં ગોઠવવામાં આવ્યા છે.

સફળ પ્રક્ષેપણ પછી, ઈસરોના વડા ડૉ. એસ. સોમનાથે કહ્યું કે, અમારું લોન્ચિંગ સફળતાપૂર્ણ થઈ ગયું છે. સેટેલાઇટ યોગ્ય જગ્યાએ પહોંચી ગયો છે.

હવે આપણે કહી શકીએ કે SSLV રોકેટની ત્રીજી નિદર્શન ઉડાન સફળ રહી છે. હવે અમે આ રોકેટની તકનીકી માહિતી ઉદ્યોગ સાથે શેર કરીશું. જેથી મહત્તમ માત્રામાં રોકેટ બનાવી શકાય. નાના ઉપગ્રહોના લોન્ચિંગમાં વધારો થઈ શકે છે.
