Jammu-Kashmir:

• જમ્મુ-કાશ્મીરના સોપોરના રફિયાબાદમાં સુરક્ષા દળો સાથેની અથડામણમાં અન્ય એક આતંકવાદી માર્યો ગયો છે. 

• આ કાર્યવાહી સોપોર પોલીસ અને 32 રાષ્ટ્રીય રાઈફલ્સના સંયુક્ત ઓપરેશનમાં કરવામાં આવી હતી. 

• હાલ સુરક્ષા દળોએ સમગ્ર વિસ્તારને ઘેરી લીધો છે અને સર્ચ ઓપરેશન હાથ ધર્યું છે. કહેવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે કે આ વિસ્તારમાં વધુ આતંકીઓ હોઈ શકે છે.

•  મહત્વનું છે કે સોમવાર (19 ઓગસ્ટ 2024), આતંકવાદીઓએ ડુડુના ચેલ વિસ્તારમાં સંયુક્ત પેટ્રોલિંગ પાર્ટી પર ગોળીબાર કર્યો હતો, જેમાં CRPF ઇન્સ્પેક્ટર કુલદીપ કુમાર શહીદ થયા હતા.
