Lok Sabha Election 2024: દેશભરમાં લોકશાહીનો સૌથી મોટો તહેવાર ટૂંક સમયમાં શરૂ થવા જઈ રહ્યો છે. લોકસભાની ચૂંટણી 19 એપ્રિલથી શરૂ થઈ રહી છે. આ ચૂંટણીને લઈને ચૂંટણી પંચે પણ તેની જોરદાર તૈયારીઓ કરી લીધી છે. ચૂંટણીની વાત કરીએ તો તમામ રાજકીય પક્ષો પણ તેમના ચૂંટણી પ્રચાર અને ઉમેદવારોના નામાંકનમાં હાલ વ્યસ્ત છે.
આ બધાની વચ્ચે ચૂંટણી પંચ ( Election Commission ) લોકોને મતદાન કરવા માટે સતત પ્રેરિત કરી રહ્યું છે અને અનોખી રીતે જાગૃતિ ફેલાવી રહ્યું છે. આ જ સંદર્ભે હવે ભારતના ચૂંટણી પંચે એક વીડિયો ટ્વીટ કર્યો છે. જેમાં ચેન્નાઈમાં 6 સ્કુબા ડાઈવર્સ ( Scuba divers ) અનોખી રીતે મતદાર માટે મતદાતાઓમાં જાગૃતિ ફેલાવી રહ્યા છે.

EVM મશીનને 60 ફૂટ ઊંડા દરિયામાં ઉતાર્યું અને ત્યાં પોતાનો મત આપ્યો..
ચૂંટણી મતદાન અંગે જાગૃતિ ( Voting Awareness ) લાવવા માટે, એક ડાઇવરે ડમી EVM મશીનને ( EVM machine ) 60 ફૂટ ઊંડા દરિયામાં ઉતાર્યું અને ત્યાં પોતાનો મત આપ્યો. આ અભિયાનનો હેતુ દેશભરના લોકોને તેમના ચૂંટણી અધિકારો વિશે માહિતગાર કરવાનો છે.

ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે, દેશભરમાં 543 લોકસભા સીટો માટે 7 તબક્કામાં ચૂંટણી યોજાશે. 19 એપ્રિલે પ્રથમ તબક્કા માટે દેશના ઘણા શહેરોમાં મતદાન થશે. અંતિમ તબક્કાનું મતદાન 1 જૂને થશે અને 4 જૂને ચૂંટણી પરિણામો જાહેર થશે.
