Supreme Court Aligarh Muslim University: અલીગઢ મુસ્લિમ યુનિવર્સિટી (AMU) ના લઘુમતી દરજ્જા પર સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટે ચુકાદો આપ્યો છે.
સુપ્રીમના ( Supreme Court ) નિર્ણયમાં AMUનો લઘુમતી દરજ્જો યથાવત રાખવામાં આવ્યો છે.
ચુકાદો સંભળાવતી વખતે CJI ચંદ્રચુડે ( D Y Chandrachud ) કહ્યું કે ચાર ન્યાયાધીશોનો સર્વસંમતિથી અભિપ્રાય છે. મેં બહુમતી લખી છે. જ્યારે 3 જજોના અલગ-અલગ અભિપ્રાય છે. આ રીતે નિર્ણય 4:3 લેવામાં આવ્યો હતો.
