વારાણસીથી અમદાવાદ આવતી સાબરમતી એક્સપ્રેસ ટ્રેનને ગંભીર અકસ્માત નડ્યો છે.

સાબરમતી એક્સપ્રેસ ટ્રેનના 20 ડબ્બા પાટા પરથી ખરી પડ્યા છે. જેમાં સાત એસી કોચ, આઠ સ્લીપર કોચ અને બાકીના જનરલ કોચનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.

આ ઘટના કાનપુર અને ભીમસેન સેક્શનના ગોવિંદપુરી સ્ટેશન નજીક બની છે.

ડ્રાઈવરના જણાવ્યાનુસાર પ્રથમ દૃષ્ટિએ બોલ્ડર એન્જિન સાથે અથડાયો હતો અને એન્જિનનું કેટલ ગાર્ડ ખરાબ રીતે નુકસાનગ્રસ્ત થયું હતું જેના લીધે આ ઘટના બની.
