આમિર ખાનની બિલ્ડિંગનું રિ-ડેવલપમેન્ટ Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) દ્વારા કરવામાં આવશે. આ પ્રોજેક્ટમાં અલ્ટ્રા-લક્ઝરી ફ્લેટ્સ હશે, જેની કિંમત ₹1 લાખ પ્રતિ ચોરસ ફૂટથી વધુ હશે.રિ-ડેવલપમેન્ટ દરમિયાન આમિર ખાન અને અન્ય રહેવાસીઓને ટેમ્પરરી ફ્લેટ્સ આપવામાં આવશે. આમિર પાસે પાલી હિલમાં 9 કરોડની બીજી પ્રોપર્ટી પણ છે.
