ભારતીય નાગરિકતા મળ્યા બાદ અક્ષયનો વિધાનસભામાં આ પહેલો વોટ છે. સોશિયલ મીડિયા પર અક્ષય કુમાર નો એક વિડીયો વાયરલ થૈ રહ્યો છે જેમાં અક્ષય બ્લેક શર્ટ અને બેજ ટ્રાઉઝર માં વહેલી સવારે પોલિંગ બૂથ પર પોતાનો મત આપવા પહોંચ્યો હતો.
