સોશિયલ મીડિયા પ્લેટફોર્મ ‘X’ (Twitter) પર અમિતાભે લખ્યું, “મારા જીવનનો અનુભવ… ભારતીય નૌસેનાના બેટલશિપ પર આખો દિવસ… અમારી લડાકૂ સેના માટે ગર્વ અને સન્માન.” ત્યારબાદ તેમણે પોતાના બ્લોગ પર ફોટા શેર કર્યા અને સેનાની શૌર્ય અને સમર્પણની વાતો લખી.

અમિતાભ બચ્ચને લખ્યું, “અમે સાંભળીએ છીએ કે આપણા જવાનો આપણા માટે પોતાનું જીવન સમર્પિત કરે છે. તેઓની શૌર્યગાથા સાંભળીને હૃદય ગર્વથી ભરાઈ જાય છે. જ્યારે અમે આરામથી ઘરમાં રહીએ છીએ, ત્યારે તેઓ આપણા માટે જીવ નું જોખમ લે છે.” તેમણે કહ્યું કે આ અનુભવ તેમને “અદૃશ્ય શક્તિ” તરફ લઈ ગયો.
