Kesari Chapter 2: પશ્ચિમ બંગાળની શાસક પાર્ટી તૃણમૂલ કોંગ્રેસ (TMC)એ બોલીવૂડ ફિલ્મ ‘કેસરી ચેપ્ટર 2’ના નિર્માતાઓ સામે ગંભીર આરોપ લગાવ્યો છે. પાર્ટીનો દાવો છે કે ફિલ્મમાં ભારતના સ્વતંત્રતા સંગ્રામમાં બંગાળના યોગદાનને ખોટી રીતે દર્શાવવામાં આવ્યું છે. આ મામલે વિધાનગર દક્ષિણ પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં ફિલ્મના સાત પ્રોડ્યુસર્સ સામે ભારતીય ન્યાય સંહિતા ની વિવિધ કલમો હેઠળ FIR નોંધાઈ છે

TMCના નેતાઓનું કહેવું છે કે ‘કેસરી 2’માં બંગાળના મુખ્ય ક્રાંતિવીરો જેમ કે ખુદીરામ બોઝ (Khudiram Bose) અને બારિન્દ્રકુમાર ઘોષ (Barindra Kumar Ghosh)ને ખોટી રીતે દર્શાવવામાં આવ્યા છે. ખુદીરામ બોઝને ‘ખુદીરામ સિંહ’ તરીકે અને બારિન્દ્રકુમાર ઘોષને ‘અમૃતસરના બીરેનદ્રકુમાર’ તરીકે રજૂ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. TMCના નેતા ઓ એ આ મુદ્દે પાર્ટી મુખ્યાલયમાં પત્રકાર પરિષદ યોજી હતી.

મમતા બેનર્જીએ ફિલ્મનું નામ લીધા વિના નિર્માતાઓની ટીકા કરી અને આરોપ લગાવ્યો કે તેઓ BJP સાથે મળીને બંગાળના ક્રાંતિવીરોના યોગદાનને ઓછું બતાવવાનો પ્રયાસ કરી રહ્યા છે. TMCના નેતાઓએ કહ્યું કે આ માત્ર ભૂલ નથી, પણ બંગાળના સ્વતંત્રતા સંગ્રામના ઇતિહાસને ભૂંસવાનો ષડયંત્ર છે. તેમણે સેન્ટ્રલ સેન્સર બોર્ડ (Censor Board)ની ભૂમિકા પર પણ સવાલ ઉઠાવ્યા છે
