ગૌરી ખાને કર્યો નફો
મીડિયા રિપોર્ટ મુજબ ગૌરી ખાન એ મુંબઈના દાદર પશ્ચિમમાં સ્થિત પોતાનું રહેણાંક એપાર્ટમેન્ટ 11.61 કરોડમાં વેચી નાખ્યું છે. આ મિલકત કોહિનૂર અલ્ટિસિમો પ્રોજેક્ટમાં આવેલી છે.આ મિલકતનું બિલ્ટ અપ એરિયા 1,985.04 વર્ગ ફૂટ અને કાર્પેટ એરિયા 1,803.94 વર્ગ ફૂટ છે. એમાં બે કાર પાર્કિંગની સુવિધા પણ છે.ગૌરીએ આ મિલકત 2022માં 8.5 કરોડમાં ખરીદી હતી, જે હવે 11.61 કરોડમાં વેચાઈ છે. આ સમગ્ર રિયલ એસ્ટેટ ડીલમાં ગૌરીએ લગભગ 37% (રૂ. 3 કરોડ) નો નફો કર્યો છે.
