Ajay devgn and Kabir khan: અજય દેવગન પાસે ઘણી પ્રોપર્ટી છે. આ પ્રોપર્ટી માંથી એક પ્રોપર્ટી જે ઓશિવારા માં આવેલી છે તેને નિર્દેશક કબીર ખાને લીઝ પર લીધી છે. મીડિયા રિપોર્ટ મુજબ કબીર ખાન અજય દેવગન ને દર મહિને 7 લાખ રૂપિયા ભાડા પેટે ચુકવશે

અજય દેવગણ ની ઓફિસ કબીર ખાને ભાડે લીધી 

અજય દેવગન અને કબીર ખાન વચ્ચે આ ડીલ  માટે 1.12 લાખ રૂપિયાની સ્ટેમ્પ ડ્યુટી આપવામાં આવી છે. કબીર ખાને તેને પાંચ વર્ષની લીઝ પર લીધી છે અને તેના માટે 30 લાખ રૂપિયા જમા કરાવ્યા છે.અજય દેવગનની આ પ્રોપર્ટીની સાઈઝ 3,455 ચોરસ ફૂટ છે.
