Malaika Arora: બોલીવૂડની ફિટનેસ ક્વીન મલાઈકા અરોરા એ તાજેતરમાં પોતાનું મુંબઈ સ્થિત એપાર્ટમેન્ટ 5.3 કરોડમાં વેચ્યું છે. 51 વર્ષની ઉંમરે પણ મલાઈકા પોતાની લક્ઝુરિયસ લાઈફસ્ટાઈલ અને ફિટનેસ માટે જાણીતી છે. 2018માં 3.26 કરોડમાં ખરીદેલી આ પ્રોપર્ટીમાંથી મલાઈકાને 2.04 કરોડનો નફો થયો છે.

મલાઈકાનું એપાર્ટમેન્ટ મુંબઈના અંધેરી વેસ્ટ વિસ્તારમાં આવેલું છે. 1369 સ્ક્વેર ફૂટના આ ફ્લેટમાં પાર્કિંગ સ્પેસ પણ છે. આ ડીલ માટે મલાઈકાએ 31.08 લાખ સ્ટેમ્પ ડ્યુટી અને 30,000 રજિસ્ટ્રેશન ફી ચૂકવી છે. રિયલ એસ્ટેટ માર્કેટમાં આ ડીલને ખૂબ ફાયદાકારક માનવામાં આવી રહી છે.
