Pushpa actor Fahadh Faasil: ફિલ્મ ‘પુષ્પા’માં પોલીસ ઓફિસર ભવર સિંહની ભૂમિકા ભજવનાર 41 વર્ષીય મલયાલમ ફિલ્મ સુપરસ્ટાર ફહદ ફાસીલ એ એક કાર્યક્રમમાં હાજરી આપી હતી, જ્યાં તેણે ખુલાસો કર્યો હતો કે તે ADHD એટલે કે અટેંશન ડેફિસિટ હાયપરએક્ટિવિટી ડિસઓર્ડરથી પીડિત છે. જો તેની યોગ્ય સમયે સારવાર કરવામાં આવી હોત તો આજે તે સાજો હોત.

ફહદ ફાસીલ ને છે ગંભીર બીમારી
ફહદ ફાસીલે એક કાર્યક્રમ દરમિયાન ખુલાસો કર્યો છે કે તે ગંભીર બીમારીથી પીડિત છે. ફહદ ફાસીલે જણાવ્યું કે ‘41 વર્ષની ઉંમરે તે એટેન્શન ડેફિસિટ હાયપરએક્ટિવિટી ડિસઓર્ડર (ADHD)થી પીડિત છે, તેણે એ પણ જણાવ્યું કે ‘જ્યારે મને આ રોગનું ક્લિનિકલી નિદાન થયું, ત્યારે મેં પૂછ્યું કે શું 41 વર્ષની ઉંમરે તેનું નિદાન થઇ જાય તો તેનો ઈલાજ થઈ શકે? જે બાદ મને કહેવામાં આવ્યું કે જો આ રોગ બાળપણમાં મળી આવે તો તેની સારવાર શક્ય અને સરળ છે.

ADHD એટલે કે એટેન્શન ડેફિસિટ હાયપરએક્ટિવિટી ડિસઓર્ડર એ બાળપણમાં બનતી સૌથી સામાન્ય ન્યુરોડેવલપમેન્ટલ બિમારીઓમાંની એક છે. આ રોગથી પીડિત બાળકો ઘણીવાર વિચાર્યા વિના કંઈક કરવાનું શરૂ કરે છે. ઉપરાંત, આ રોગમાં ધ્યાન કેન્દ્રિત કરવામાં મુશ્કેલી થાય છે.
