Rupali Ganguly: ટીવી શો ‘અનુપમા’ (Anupamaa)થી જાણીતી અભિનેત્રી રૂપાલી ગાંગુલી (Rupali Ganguly) પર સોશિયલ મીડિયા (Social Media) પર એક યુઝરે બીફ (Beef), ચિકન (Chicken), ફિશ અને મટન ખાવાનો આરોપ લગાવ્યો હતો. આ આરોપ રૂપાલીએ તીખા શબ્દોમાં નકારી કાઢ્યો અને પોતાને “ગર્વિત શાકાહારી” (Proud Vegetarian) ગણાવી.

આરોપ અને રૂપાલીની પ્રતિક્રિયા
યુઝરે લખ્યું કે “તમે સ્ટ્રે ડૉગ્સ માટે પ્રેમ બતાવો છો પણ બીફ અને મટન પણ ખાઓ છો.” આ પર રૂપાલીએ જવાબ આપ્યો કે “હું શાકાહારી છું, હું દેશભરના એનિમલ શેલ્ટર્સ અને ગૌશાલાઓને સપોર્ટ કરું છું. મારા બાળકને પણ પ્રાણીઓ માટે પ્રેમ અને દયા શીખવી છે.”રૂપાલીએ કહ્યું કે “આ ધરતી દરેક માટે છે. હું દરેક બેઘર પ્રાણી માટે ખોરાક અને વેક્સિનેશન (Vaccination) કરાવું છું. લોકોના વિચારોમાં જાગૃતિ લાવવી જરૂરી છે.” તેમણે યુઝરને જવાબ આપીને અન્ય લોકોને પણ પ્રેરણા આપી.

રૂપાલી ગાંગુલી હાલમાં ‘અનુપમા’ શોમાં મુખ્ય ભૂમિકા ભજવી રહી છે. જોકે, ‘ક્યુકી સાસ్ પણ કભી બહુ હતી 2’ (Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2)ના આગમનથી TRP રેસમાં ‘અનુપમા’ને પડકાર મળ્યો છે. છેલ્લી TRP લિસ્ટમાં ‘અનુપમા’ પાછળ રહી હતી.
