2021ના ઓક્ટોબરમાં આર્યન ખાન ની Cordelia Cruise Ship પર NCB દ્વારા ડ્રગ કેસમાં ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી હતી. તે થોડા દિવસ જેલમાં પણ રહ્યો હતો. બાદમાં તેને તમામ આરોપોમાંથી મુક્તિ મળી હતી. સમય રૈનાની ટી-શર્ટનો સંદર્ભ એ જ કેસ સાથે જોડાઈ રહ્યો છે.
