Shilpa shetty: શિલ્પા શેટ્ટી વધુ એક વખત મુશ્કેલી માં મુકાઈ છે. અભિનેત્રી વિરુદ્ધ મુઝફ્ફરપુર સીજેએમ કોર્ટમાં ફરિયાદ દાખલ કરવામાં આવી છે. શિલ્પા સહીત ચાર લોકો પર પણ આ કેસ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે જેની સુનવણી 11 નવેમ્બર 2024 ના રોજ થવાની છે તો ચાલો જાણીએ શું છે સમગ્ર મામલો

શિલ્પા શેટ્ટી વિરુદ્ધ નોંધાયો કેસ
શિલ્પા શેટ્ટીએ એક ખાનગી ઇવેન્ટ માં હાજરી આપી હતી. શિલ્પા શેટ્ટી ને જોવા ત્યાં ભીડ જામી ગઈ હતી. જેને કારણે સામાન્ય લોકોને ભારે ટ્રાફિક જામનો સામનો કરવો પડ્યો હતો.ફરિયાદ દાખલ કરનાર એડવોકેટ એ જણાવ્યું હતું કે આવા ખાનગી કાર્યક્રમને કારણે કલાકો સુધી રોડ પર ટ્રાફિક જામ રહેતો હતો. સામાન્ય લોકોને પણ ભારે મુશ્કેલીનો સામનો કરવો પડ્યો હતો. તેણે અભિનેત્રીની સાથે અન્ય ચાર લોકો સામે ફરિયાદ નોંધાવી છે. હવે આ કેસની સુનાવણી 11 નવેમ્બરે થવાની છે.

શિલ્પા શેટ્ટી અને અન્ય ચાર લોકો વિરુદ્ધ કલમ 223,189(7)189(6) 91(1)190,61(1)280,272,198,199(b)(c) હેઠળ કેસ નોંધવામાં આવ્યો છે.
