સોનૂ સૂદે આ સંપત્તિ વર્ષ 2012માં 5.16 કરોડમાં ખરીદી હતી. હવે 2025માં તેને 8.10 કરોડમાં વેચીને લગભગ 2.94 કરોડનો નફો થયો છે. સ્ટેમ્પ ડ્યુટી માટે 48.60 લાખ અને રજિસ્ટ્રેશન માટે 30,000 ચૂકવવામાં આવ્યા હતા.
