Andheri Subway Waterlogged :મંગળવારે રાત્રે મુંબઈ અને તેના ઉપનગરોમાં ભારે વરસાદ પડ્યો. આના કારણે કામ પરથી ઘરે જતા મુસાફરોને અગવડતા પડી. રાત્રે શરૂ થયેલો સતત વરસાદ મધ્યરાત્રિ સુધી ચાલુ રહ્યો. જેના કારણે ઘણી જગ્યાએ રસ્તા પર પાણી ભરાઈ ગયા હતા. મુંબઈની લોકલ સેવાઓ પણ ધીમી પડી ગઈ હતી. વરસાદી પાણી ભરાઈ જવાને કારણે અંધેરી સબવે પાણીમાં ગરકાવ થઈ ગયો. જેના કારણે વાહનવ્યવહાર બંધ કરવો પડ્યો હતો.

હવામાન વિભાગે મુંબઈ સહિત કોંકણમાં ભારે વરસાદની ચેતવણી આપી હતી. મંગળવારે સાંજથી ઝરમર વરસાદ શરૂ થયો હતો. રાત્રે વરસાદ વધુ તીવ્ર બન્યો. આની અસર મુંબઈની સેન્ટ્રલ લોકલ સેવા પર પણ પડી હોય તેવું લાગ્યું.

વરસાદ એટલો ભારે હતો કે થોડા જ કલાકોમાં ઘણી જગ્યાએ રસ્તાઓ પરથી પાણી વહેવા લાગ્યા. મુંબઈ, કાંદિવલી, ગોરેગાંવ, મલાડ અને દહિસરમાં ભારે વરસાદ પડ્યો. અંધેરીમાં સતત ભારે વરસાદને કારણે સબવે લાઇન સંપૂર્ણપણે પાણીમાં ડૂબી ગઈ.
