Bandra terminus Stampede : મુંબઈ શહેરના બાંદ્રા રેલવે સ્ટેશન પર મુસાફરોની ભીડના કારણે ભાગદોડ મચી જવા પામી હોવાના અહેવાલ છે.

આ ઘટના સવારે 5.56 વાગ્યે બાંદ્રા ટર્મિનસના ( Bandra Railway Station ) પ્લેટફોર્મ નંબર એક પર બની હતી.

આ ભાગદોડને કારણે 9 મુસાફરો ગંભીર રીતે ઘાયલ થયા છે.

બૃહન્મુંબઈ મ્યુનિસિપલ કોર્પોરેશન ( BMC ) અનુસાર, ઘાયલ 9 લોકોમાંથી 2ની હાલત ગંભીર છે.

હાલ આ ઘાયલોને હોસ્પિટલમાં સારવાર માટે ખસેડવામાં આવ્યા છે.

મહત્વનું છે કે તહેવારોના ( Festive Season Train ) સમયમાં ભારતીય રેલવેમાં ભીડ રહેવી સામાન્ય બાબત છે. આવી સ્થિતિમાં ઘણીવાર અકસ્માત ( Indian Railways ) થવાની સંભાવના રહે છે.
