CBI કેસમાં દિલ્હીના સીએમ અરવિંદ કેજરીવાલની જામીન અરજી પર સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટે શુક્રવારે પોતાનો નિર્ણય સંભળાવ્યો છે.

દિલ્હીના સીએમ અરવિંદ કેજરીવાલને જસ્ટિસ સૂર્યકાંત અને ઉજ્જવલ ભુઈયાની બેંચે જામીન આપી દીધા છે.

સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટે અરવિંદ કેજરીવાલને 10 લાખ રૂપિયાના બોન્ડ અને બે જામીન પર જામીન આપ્યા છે.

સીબીઆઈ કેસમાં અરવિંદ કેજરીવાલ જેલમાં હતા, જેના પર આજે ચુકાદો આવ્યો છે.

અરવિંદ કેજરીવાલ આજે જ તિહાર જેલમાંથી બહાર આવશે. તે છેલ્લા 177 દિવસથી જેલમાં છે.

તમને જણાવી દઈએ કે કેજરીવાલને ઈડી કેસમાં પહેલા જ જામીન મળી ચૂક્યા છે.

Justice Bhuyan says Arvind Kejriwal was granted bail in ED case and further detention in CBI case is wholly untenable.
Justice Bhuyan says bail is the rule and jail is an exception. He says process of trial or steps leading to arrest should not become harassment.
