Rajendra Prasad: પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ આજે દેશના પ્રથમ રાષ્ટ્રપતિ ભારત રત્ન ડૉ. રાજેન્દ્ર પ્રસાદ જીને તેમની જન્મજયંતિ પર શ્રદ્ધાંજલિ અર્પણ કરી હતી. તેમણે ભારતીય લોકશાહીનો મજબૂત પાયો નાખવામાં ડૉ. પ્રસાદજીના અમૂલ્ય યોગદાનને બિરદાવ્યું હતું.

“દેશના પ્રથમ રાષ્ટ્રપતિ ( President Of India ) ભારત રત્ન ડૉ. રાજેન્દ્ર પ્રસાદ જીને તેમની જન્મજયંતિ પર આદરપૂર્વક શ્રદ્ધાંજલિ. બંધારણ સભાના પ્રમુખ તરીકે તેમણે ભારતીય લોકશાહીનો ( Indian Democracy ) મજબૂત પાયો નાખવામાં અમૂલ્ય યોગદાન આપ્યું હતું. આજે જ્યારે આપણે બધા દેશવાસીઓ બંધારણના 75 વર્ષની ઉજવણી કરી રહ્યા છીએ ત્યારે તેમનું જીવન અને આદર્શો વધુ પ્રેરણાદાયી બને છે.”
