855 કરોડમાં થયું મિલકતનું વેચાણ
મીડિયા રિપોર્ટ ના એક અહેવાલ મુજબ, આ મિલકતનું વેચાણ 855 કરોડ રૂપિયામાં થયું છે. આ ડીલ માટે 8.69 કરોડ રૂપિયાની સ્ટામ્પ ડ્યુટી અને 30,000 રૂપિયાની રજિસ્ટ્રેશન ફી ભરવામાં આવી હતી. આ મિલકત વેચાણથી જીતેન્દ્ર ના પરિવારને મોટો નાણાકીય લાભ થયો છે.

આ મિલકત NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd. દ્વારા ખરીદવામાં આવી છે. અગાઉ આ કંપનીને Netmagic IT Services Pvt. Ltd. તરીકે ઓળખવામાં આવતી હતી. આ ડીલથી સ્પષ્ટ થાય છે કે મુંબઈમાં રિયલ એસ્ટેટ માર્કેટ હજુ પણ મજબૂત છે અને મોટી કંપનીઓ અહીં રોકાણ કરવા તૈયાર છે.
