તમન્ના ભાટિયા ની ઇડી એ કરી પુછપરછ
ઇડી એ કહ્યું કે તમન્ના ભાટિયા પર પ્રિવેન્શન ઓફ મની લોન્ડરિંગ એક્ટ (PMLA) હેઠળ કેસ દાખલ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. ઇડી એ ગુરુવારે ‘HPZ Token’ મોબાઈલ એપથી સંબંધિત મની લોન્ડરિંગ કેસની તપાસના સંબંધમાં તમન્ના ભાટિયાની પૂછપરછ કરી હતી.સૂત્રોએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે આ કેસમાં બિટકોઈન અને અન્ય કેટલીક ક્રિપ્ટોકરન્સી દ્વારા જંગી વળતરનું વચન આપીને ઘણા રોકાણકારોને કથિત રીતે છેતરવામાં આવ્યા હતા. આરોપીઓએ રોકાણકારોને છેતરવા માટે ‘HPZ ટોકન’ મોબાઈલ ફોન એપનો ઉપયોગ કર્યો હતો.

સૂત્રોએ એ પણ જણાવ્યું કે, તમન્નાને એપ કંપનીના કાર્યક્રમમાં સેલિબ્રિટી તરીકે કેટલાક પૈસા મળ્યા હતા. તેની સામે કોઈ ગુનાહિત આરોપો નહોતા. તેને અગાઉ પણ આ કેસ ના સંદર્ભ માં પૂછપરછ માટે બોલાવવામાં આવી હતી પરંતુ કામના કારણે હાજર થઈ શકી ન હતી.
