મીડિયા રિપોર્ટ મુજબ કંગના એ બાંદ્રાના પાલી હિલ વિસ્તારમાં આવેલો તેનો બંગલો માત્ર 32 કરોડ રૂપિયામાં વેચ્યો છે, કંગનાએ તેને વર્ષ 2017માં 20 કરોડ રૂપિયામાં ખરીદ્યો હતો. કંગના નો બંગલો 3,075 સ્ક્વેર ફૂટમાં ફેલાયેલો છે. રિપોર્ટ મુજબ આ બંગલો શ્વેતા બથીજા એ ખરીદ્યો છે, જે કમલિની હોલ્ડિંગ્સની ભાગીદાર છે. શ્વેતા તમિલનાડુના કોઈમ્બતુરની રહેવાસી છે.

મીડિયા રિપોર્ટ મુજબ કંગના નો પાલી હિલ સ્થિત આ બંગલો 5 સપ્ટેમ્બર, 2024ના રોજ વેચાયો હતો, જેની સ્ટેમ્પ ફી 1.92 કરોડ અને તેની સાથે તેની નોંધણી ફી 30 હજાર રૂપિયા છે..
