કિયારાએ પહેરેલો ડ્રેસ ફેમસ ડિઝાઇનર ગૌરવ ગુપ્તા દ્વારા ડિઝાઇન કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. આ ડ્રેસમાં ગોલ્ડન બ્રેસ્ટપીસ બેબી બંપ પર હાર્ટ શેપમાં જોડાયેલો હતો. કિયારાએ કહ્યું કે આ અવતાર એક કલાકાર અને માતા તરીકેના પરિવર્તનને ઉજવે છે.
