ટાઇગર શ્રોફ ના ઘર ની કિંમત
મીડિયા રિપોર્ટ મુજબ ટાઇગર શ્રોફ એ તાજેતરમાં જ પુના માં એક આલીશાન ઘર ખરીદ્યું છે. આશરે 4,248 ચોરસ ફૂટની આ મિલકત હડપસરમાં પ્રીમિયમ યુ પુણે પ્રોજેક્ટનો ભાગ છે. તે સ્થાનિક રિયલ એસ્ટેટ હેવીવેઇટ પંચશીલ રિયલ્ટી દ્વારા બનાવવામાં આવ્યું છે.ટાઈગર શ્રોફ એ 5 માર્ચ 2024ના રોજ ઘરનું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવ્યું છે. અને તે પેટે તેને રૂ.52.5 લાખની સ્ટેમ્પ ડ્યુટી પણ ચૂકવી છે.

ટાઇગર શ્રોફે ખરીદેલા ઘરની કિંમત 7.5 કરોડ રૂપિયા હોવાનું કહેવાય છે. આ સિવાય એવો પણ દાવો કરવામાં આવ્યો છે કે આ મિલકત બેવરેજ બિઝનેસ કંપની ચેરીસ ઈન્ડિયા પ્રાઈવેટ લિમિટેડને લીઝ પર આપવામાં આવી છે.તેમજ ટાઇગર તેના ભાડૂતો પાસેથી દર મહિને લગભગ 3.5 લાખ રૂપિયાનું ભાડું વસૂલ કરશે.
