કલ્કિ એ તાજેતર માં એક ઇન્ટરવ્યુ આપ્યો હતો. જેમાં તેને ફિલ્મ ‘યે જવાની હૈ દીવાની’ ની સિક્વલ ને લઈને ખુલાસો કરતા જણાવ્યું હતું કે, ‘તે જાદુ પાછું લાવવું ખૂબ મુશ્કેલ છે. સિક્વલ્સ આ દિવસોમાં નિરાશાજનક છે. સારી સિક્વલ બનાવવી ખૂબ જ દુર્લભ છે. મેં આ ફિલ્મ ની સિક્વલની કોઈ અફવા સાંભળી નથી.’
