Earthquake Russia :૨૦૨૫) સવારે ૮.૭ ની તીવ્રતાનો મોટો ભૂકંપ (Earthquake) આવ્યો, જેના કારણે આ વિસ્તારમાં સુનામીનું (Tsunami) એલર્ટ જાહેર કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. પ્રશાંત મહાસાગરની (Pacific Ocean) નીચે ભૂકંપનું કેન્દ્રબિંદુ (Epicenter) હોવાથી, પૂર્વેના કુરીલ આઇલેન્ડ (Kuril Islands) પર સુનામી ત્રાટકી છે. જ્યારે રશિયાના દરિયાકિનારા (Coastline) સહિત જાપાન (Japan) સુધી સુનામીની ચેતવણી આપવામાં આવી છે.

Earthquake Russia :રશિયાના કામચટકા દ્વીપકલ્પ પાસે પ્રચંડ ભૂકંપ: સુનામીનો ખતરો વધ્યો.
અમેરિકન ભૂસ્તરશાસ્ત્રીય સર્વેક્ષણ (USGS – U.S. Geological Survey) એ જણાવ્યું કે, ભૂકંપની તીવ્રતા ૮.૭ હતી અને તે ૧૯.૩ કિલોમીટરની ઊંડાઈએ આવ્યો હતો. જાપાની એજન્સીએ જણાવ્યું કે ભૂકંપ સવારે ૮:૨૫ વાગ્યે આવ્યો હતો. અત્યાર સુધી કોઈ નુકસાન થયું હોવાના અહેવાલ નથી. જાપાનના NHK ટેલિવિઝન (NHK Television) અનુસાર, ભૂકંપ જાપાનના ચાર મોટા ટાપુઓમાંથી સૌથી ઉત્તરમાં આવેલા હોકાઇડોથી (Hokkaido) લગભગ ૨૫૦ કિલોમીટર દૂર હતો અને તે હળવાશથી અનુભવાયો હતો.

Earthquake Russia : રશિયા અને જાપાનમાં રાહત કાર્ય શરૂ: આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય સુનામીની ચેતવણી.
