સરદાર સરોવર ડેમની ( Sardar Sarovar Dam ) સપાટી આ સિઝનમાં પહેલીવાર 135.61 મીટર પર પહોંચી છે. નર્મદા નદીમાં ( Narmada River ) ઉપરવાસમાંથી 2,73900 ક્યુસેક પાણીની આવક ( Water revenue ) થઇ છે.

હાલ નર્મદા ડેમ 88 ટકા ભરાયો છે. હવે સરદાર સરોવર ડેમ તેની મહત્તમ સપાટી 138.68 મીટરથી માત્ર ત્રણ મીટર જેટલો જ દૂર છે.

નર્મદા ડેમના નવ દરવાજા ખોલવામાં આવ્યા છે. આ દરવાજા ખોલાતા આસપાસના તાલુકાના ગામોને એલર્ટ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે.
