Paris olympics 2024 :
- અવિનાશ સાબલે પેરિસ ઓલિમ્પિક 2024ની 3000 મીટર સ્ટીપલચેઝના ફાયનલમાં પહોંચી ગયા છે.
- પેરિસ ઓલિમ્પિક ગેમ્સમાં એવું કરનાર આ પહેલા ભારતીય બની ગયા છે.
- નેશનલ રેકોર્ડ હોલ્ડર સાબલેએ બીજી હીટમાં આઠ મિટર 15.43 સમયની સાથે પાંચમું સ્થાન મેળવ્યું.
- મોરોક્કોના મોહમ્મદ તિન્દૌફતે 8 મિનિટ અને 10.62 સેકન્ડના શ્રેષ્ઠ પ્રદર્શન સાથે પ્રથમ સ્થાન હાંસલ કર્યું હતું.
- હવે સાબલે 7મી ઓગસ્ટે બપોરે 1:13 વાગ્યે એક્શનમાં જોવા મળશે. જ્યાં આ તેમની અંતિમ દોડ હશે.
- તેમણે છેલ્લી ઓલિમ્પિક એટલે કે ટોક્યો 2020માં પણ ભાગ લીધો હતો, પરંતુ તે ફાઇનલમાં પહોંચી શક્યો નહોતો.
